Sometimes its hard to find the Bind windows installer so i have included a download below.
This is the official Bind 9.16.26.x64 installer for windows. It is up to you to use it regarding security and so on.
The download is below. Bind is developed by ISC (Internet Systems Consortium) and goes under Mozilla Public License Version 2.0
